By accessing or using Tutor Track, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Acceptable use

You agree to use Tutor Track only for lawful tutoring business purposes. You may not:

Use the platform to harass, spam, or send unauthorized communications.
Attempt to access data or accounts that do not belong to you.
Upload malicious files, viruses, or infringing content.
Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tutors and organization owners are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent to add student and parent information to the platform.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Tutor Track may offer a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription unless otherwise noted.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion except where required by applicable law.

4. Disclaimers and liability

Tutor Track is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

6. SMS program details

Program name: Tutor Track

Tutor Track may send SMS messages for account notifications, booking reminders, application alerts, and other service-related updates.

Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier and plan.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification preferences.
To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any Tutor Track text. After opting out, you may still receive essential non-marketing account emails.

Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
